Sundria pulls your Ralphs's real prices and aisles, tracks your EBT balance, plans your week, shops by voice, and audits every receipt — so every dollar works harder.
Sundria is not affiliated with Kroger Co. or Ralphs Grocery Company. Ralphs and Kroger are trademarks of their respective owners.
Sundria shows up at every step — planning at the kitchen table, walking the aisles, picking up an order, and checking the receipt afterward.
This week's actual sale items at your store — pulled from the Kroger API, not scraped or guessed. Plus deals on the things you usually buy, learned from your receipts — and a nudge when a meal you cook often has an ingredient at its lowest tracked price.
Tap Shop in-store and your list reorganizes by aisle. Big touch targets for fast check-off. Lost? Just ask — "where are the capers?" — by voice or text, and Sundria shows the aisle and the products, with one tap to add. Out-of-stock alerts so you don't walk down Aisle 9 for nothing.
Sign in once with your Ralphs account. After that, every item with a real UPC has an "Add to cart" button that talks to Ralphs' real cart API — not a fake screen. Your order lands in the Ralphs app, ready to schedule a pickup time.
Snap your receipt. Sundria reads it, audits every line against advertised pricing, and applies Ralphs's own Scan Right Guarantee — first item free under $5, or the difference plus $5 over $5. Every dollar it saves you lands in a running savings total on your home screen — tap it for the full breakdown.
Sundria tags every Ralphs item with what your benefits cover — EBT-eligible items, items on California's WIC Authorized Product List, and stacked deals. Flip on WIC mode and the whole catalog filters to what your voucher actually pays for.
Shaped by real tester feedback from Ralphs families. Every feature here shipped because someone asked for it — and every number on screen is real.
Some of the best discounts only count if you clip them in the Ralphs app first — and it's easy to forget. As you build your list, Sundria flags the items with a coupon to clip, reminds you again before you head to the store, and gives one last nudge at checkout — so the savings actually come off your bill.
Right on your home screen, a board of this week's best deals on EBT-eligible items at your Ralphs — the cheapest, most useful buys first, sorted into clear sections. A fast way to see where your benefit dollars stretch furthest this week.
More than a balance. Sundria reminds you to renew your benefits before they lapse, warns you early if your money won't reach the end of the month, keeps everything anchored to your deposit day, and walks you through protecting your card from a common kind of theft. Practical help for making the benefit last.
New to Sundria? Eight short videos walk you through each part of a shopping trip — planning, finding the aisle, picking up, and getting your money back — in both English and Spanish, built right into the app. Watch a quick walkthrough whenever you want one.
Tell Sundria your monthly benefit and the day it lands, and your estimated EBT balance rides along on your list — confirm or correct it anytime with one tap. It carries forward month to month: your deposit is added on the day it arrives, and what you spend comes off when you scan a receipt or stock your pantry. An honest estimate you control, ready for a live balance feed later.
Open your list and see it three ways: your estimated EBT balance, the EBT-eligible total in your cart, and exactly what is left after this trip. Go over and Sundria flags it in red — no surprises at the register. Only SNAP-eligible items ever count against the balance.
When your eligible items run over your balance, one tap hunts the full Ralphs catalog for cheaper Kroger-brand swaps at the same quality — and shows how far back under budget each one gets you. It is labeled the EBT Optimizer or WIC Optimizer depending on which benefits you use, and only appears when you need it.
With EBT on, the meal planner leads with low-cost, easy, healthy dinners — built around this week’s cheapest eligible protein and whatever is already in your pantry. Same honest engine: every ingredient resolves to a real Ralphs product before it touches your list.
Tap Maria and just talk. "Is Coke on sale?" "Does Ralphs sell capers?" "Hi Maria, how are you?" She answers in plain conversation, in English or Spanish — and every price, sale, and availability answer comes straight from live Ralphs data, never invented. List, in-store, and Maria all understand the same natural language now.
Sundria got a head-to-toe visual refresh: one consistent icon set, real product and recipe photos, a custom brand mark, and typography that reserves the serif for the moments that matter. Same honest data — it just looks as dependable as it is now.
Ask "what should I batch-cook this week?" and Sundria builds a plan from what's about to expire, what's already in your pantry, and what you actually cook. It can't invent a price or a meal — everything it suggests is checked against real data first.
Tap any item for a full-width gallery, the exact aisle, EBT and pickup/delivery, and one-tap Add to list. Preview tiles now show real nutrition — Nutri-Score and calories — and your price history before you even tap through.
Every saved recipe and meal suggestion now carries real cover imagery — a source photo when there is one, an AI-generated cover otherwise, falling back to the hero ingredient's product shot. Clean and consistent, never a broken tile.
Sundria learns what you cook and buy, then surfaces timely cards on your home screen: "You've made turkey chili before — ground turkey is the lowest price we've tracked, $X.XX." Every claim is grounded in real data. If we don't have the history, we don't make the claim.
Tap the mic and just say it. "Add sugar" pulls up real Ralphs results to choose from. In store mode, "where are the capers?" shows the exact aisle and the products, with one tap to add. Works in Spanish too (es-MX).
A real, growing total of what Sundria has saved you — and tap it to see exactly where it came from: weekly deals, sales, paper and digital coupons, price adjustments, unit-price swaps, and overcharge reclaims. Starts at $0 and earns every dollar.
Your list, grouped by aisle in walking order, check off as you go, cashier reminders at the end. Everything with a UPC maps to a real aisle — a background resolver quietly upgrades stray items to real Ralphs SKUs so almost nothing is left unmapped.
After a shop, a home card suggests meals from what you just bought — prioritizing ingredients about to expire. Mark a meal "made" and its ingredients deduct from your pantry automatically. No more forgotten produce wilting in the drawer.
Tap "Done at register" and your list clears into a staging area. Scan your receipt to confirm and catch overcharges, or skip to drop everything into your pantry — with no double-counting between the two paths.
Tap any product for a full nutrition panel: Open Food Facts first, with a USDA FoodData Central fallback for branded items OFF is missing. Nutri-Score, NOVA processing group, allergens, and the full nutrient breakdown.
The meal planner now draws on 40 hand-built dinners, each with a real cover photo and a clear "Balanced" label when it's a wholesome pick — tap "Why Balanced?" to see the reasoning. The planner keeps things varied, and every ingredient resolves to a real Ralphs product before it ever touches your list.
Ralphs has a published policy: if an item rings up higher than advertised, the first item is FREE (under $5) or you get the difference plus $5 (over $5). Most cashiers don't know it. Sundria computes the full reclaim and gives you a bilingual script to show customer service.
800+ translated strings in Mexican-American Spanish — "el mandado," "la despensa," "tú" forms. Toggles instantly in settings. Demo and landing page both. Built for the Maria persona, not Google-translated.
Tag every Ralphs item the CA WIC program covers. Flip on WIC mode to filter Deals + List search to only WIC-approved UPCs — 10,945 of them, refreshed daily from the state's published list.
Every Ralphs item gets a sage ✓ EBT pill when it's SNAP-eligible by category. Final eligibility is verified at checkout, but the pill saves you the surprise of an unaccepted item in your cart.
When a Ralphs item has more than one digital coupon that stacks, Sundria shows you the full savings breakdown — and one-tap links to clip each one. Sometimes a $5.99 item becomes $2.50 across three coupons.
Every card shows $/ounce or $/pound. The cheapest comparable size gets a gold "★ Best $/unit" badge, and other sizes show how much more they cost. Saves you from the family-pack tax.
Tap a chart icon on any item to see price history at your specific Ralphs. Backed by real Kroger pricing data we snapshot daily — a 90-day-and-growing dataset. Now you can spot which "sale" is actually the regular price.
Tap a leaf icon to pull nutrition facts and ingredients from Open Food Facts — sugar, sodium, allergens, additives. Saves a trip down the aisle to read tiny labels.
Your pantry tracks itself from receipt scans — fresh / running low / likely out, no manual checking off. Tap Plan your meals to turn what you already have into 5 dinners for the week.
Add 3 of the same item without 3 taps. Steppers on List, Pantry, and Deals cards. Buying for a family of 5 means the multipliers add up fast.
A clean entry mode for testers — no phone frame, no welcome screen, fresh state. Just the app, like a real PWA install.
Authenticated via Kroger OAuth. Every item with a real UPC has an "Add to cart" button. Verified end-to-end on production accounts. Pickup-default to avoid surprise delivery fees.
Pulled from the Kroger Products API. Every item shows you exactly which aisle to walk to. No more wandering Aisle 9 looking for the salsa that's actually in Aisle 14.
When you open your list, Sundria checks each item's inventory at your Ralphs. Out of stock? See alternatives or keep it for later — your call. Low stock? You'll know to grab it now.
Ralphs has a solid app of its own — but it doesn't really speak Spanish, doesn't think about EBT or WIC, and never catches a register mistake after the fact. Here's where Sundria fits in.
Every number below is live, not aspirational — Sundria has run against Kroger's production Products and Cart APIs since day one.
Beta opening to Southern California families this summer. Free during beta — no card, no commitment. We'll email when your spot opens.
No. Sundria uses Kroger's public Products and Cart APIs the same way other approved third-party developers do. Your Ralphs sign-in goes directly to Kroger via OAuth — we never see your password.
We query the Kroger Products API with your specific Ralphs locationId. The prices, aisles, and stock levels are what's at YOUR store right now — not the flyer, not the average, not the regional. The exact shelf.
The next three are Vons, Albertsons, and Smart & Final. They share an API parent (Albertsons Companies) so the path is similar. Trader Joe's and Costco don't have public APIs, so they're farther off.
Free during beta. We'll be transparent about the eventual model — likely a small monthly subscription for power users with all the core features (deal feed, audit, cart push) free forever for EBT recipients.
We don't sell your data. We don't take affiliate kickbacks that influence the deals you see. Eventual revenue is subscription + retailer partnerships where Sundria pays for itself by helping the retailer (Ralphs benefits when you choose pickup over a competitor's delivery).
It's a Progressive Web App — works in any modern browser. "Add to Home Screen" gives it an icon and full-screen feel without the App Store hassle. Native apps come after the product is finalized.
You'll get a Sundria icon on your home screen that opens like a real app — no App Store needed.
